How Long Is Your Rotation?

Google has an internal minimum standard of having six, or maybe seven people on eacho two sides of an ocean. Some teams choose to have a, let's call it, seven unique days a week,. like a one day of oncall, then further split into, say, 12 hours. It is the responsibility of anyone making an ancal rotation to comply with local employment laws.
