"I will utterly destroy them and make them a horror, a hissing and an everlasting reproach," says the lord of hosts. And these nations shall serve the king of babylon 70 years before they are punished for their iniquity. 'No refuge will remain for the shepherds nor escape for the lords of the flock,' he adds.
