There are two major groups of people here, and it's worth making that distinction. There is afghans who will receive a special emigrant visa, or an s av. The bidon administration so far has only been able to process about five thousand of them since he took office. It's not clear at this point how many of those people have been evacuated or have fled to third countries on their own.
