Up until quite recently, certainly, nobody sat down and said, let's have some progress. And so it was very much this piece by piece thing, different people pursuing different things. That lumped together, in retrospect, as the great march of progress. But it was simply people with access to unusual amounts resources, unusual amounts wealth, going, ok, what do we do now?
