I'm not the expert on Peruvian food or Nigerian food. And so yeah, I mean, when we, the dishes that you see on the show are from that community made by people who have grown up with that food. There are only like three recipes from each culture. So we're adding a lot of other recipes that did not appear on the show or are from my other travels around the world.
