The Benefits of Kombucha Vinegar
This looks like a lot more substantial than the probiotic nonsense. This actually might be doing something for people who wants to lose weight, which is pretty good. Potentially. Although we don't know what the mechanisms are and I certainly wouldn't recommend going out and just drinking lots and lots of kombucha because there could be negative side effects too. So ultimately, it's unlikely to be of massive benefit to people, but obviously, there's some early stuff that's there and that's exciting.
