Warp: A Terminal and a Shell
In warp, we are a terminal and we run shells, but we've taken the perspective. Most terminals are kind of dumb. It's how you would talk about it. They're really just character rendering devices. Warp is smarter. We're pushing more of the application logic into the terminal layer. You can use the mouse to edit text, which is crazy. That doesn't exist in normal terminal. But even beyond that, you get multiple cursor editing, you get auto suggestions, you get completions - like visual completions with menus. And so there's a lot of stuff that we can do to improve the command line experience if you're willing a little bit to blur the lines between
