What's the Sweet Spot of Complexity?
Gemba sees itself as the guide, you know, the customer ultimate has to climb the mountain. We don't do potions and lotions for food; we don't do any CPD products that go on your body or in your body. There's either moving parts in the product that requires some mechanical engineering or electronics. When a product has that, it's usually too much complexity for the average small business to handle without any expertise.
