What Happens When You Launch a Community Engagement Plan?

It's an incredibly valuable document I mean how do you now get that value out of it. Even before we launched the plan they had already started the signing budget line items staff identified what additional funding they need to actually be able to service the roadmap. It was really great great to see and we loved working with the council  people care about their communities they just they just wanted a bit of help to think it through and figure out what it is that they need to do. The launch was something I've never seen before I'd never seen so many people so proud of something that they had done.
