When i the molti family's no different than a business. What are you trying to do? You want to cret as much income as ssible, which, in this case, you need to either raise rents or lower expenses. So if you're a company, how cant increase your income, raise rent how can try to trim down your bottom line? And that's sure, that's my ebadon this case, tit's called n o i. It's really like no other business. I had no budget for this agains. Whenever i had a little money to save, i would throw out a new idea. That's really how it came about."
