You get this blank from seminary, tell them exactly what they want to get and that helps them figure out what they don't want to get. You're not going to get how to be a pastor. I think you can get good exegetical skills but preaching is just a different matter. That's going to come better in the context of a local church where you're known and loved or prayed and born and appreciated.
