Do We Consider a Low Code Tool?
Step function is a low code tool that allows you to write your own state machines. It has two different sections: flow and actions, which are basically everything you can do with the SDK. Actions allow you to integrate with services like DynamoDB, SNS, EventBridge. And one last thing that we mentioned in the intro is intrinsic functions - these are basically functions that you can use when you define the mapping between the state and action.
