Kenny Brown's Courtroom Scene
"I want the music to sound like you know like it could have fit it like it is from that time but also I wanted to be done in a way it could not have been done before," says director Chris Nolan. "That makes it timeless and that's why also what I'm looking forward to the music." The score was written for a 30-minute courtroom scene first, then cut down into 15 minutes when they were editing the film. It was 'like a concert back and forth' as he worked on one of the montages where Kenny Brown tells Koreans about his days living in Paris.
