How to Protect Your Identity From Identity Theft
The internet has made it easier for hackers to steal people's identities. Hackers can use information from social networking sites such as LinkedIn and other services like Facebook, Twitter or Google Maps in order to build up a profile of an individual. A hacker could also record your voice so they can pretend to be you on the phone by pretending to be someone else who is trying to extort money out of them.
