How to Reach Out to Recruiters

In a lot of major tech companies, our recruiters are getting laid off. So in addition to reaching out to the recruiter, I would actually reach out to the person you suspect is the hiring manager. You can also check their careers website because sometimes there's an inbox that you can email directly for a status update.
