February 25th, 2020 is when they introduced Dart runtime for Lambda. A long time ago, and nobody really knows about it because they don't really promote it. It seems like AWS for some reason is faster to adopt Dart into their systems than Google is. And I mean, that's just typical of Google, isn't it? But it is what it is. Maybe Amazon will incentivize Google to do it.
