The Growth Mind Set
A growth mind set is something that it's hard to hard to propagate in a vacuum. If you find yourself surrounded by people who are trying to be perfect, or trying to signal perfect very strongly within their organization, some one with a growth mind set will be swimming against the current. The moment that your model breaks down and you're in crisis is a difficult moment to say, well, now we should start adopting your groth mind set. There are sort of downward and upward spirals of this too.
