I struggle with switching between different tasks. I think as entrepreneurs, we like having a lot on our plate. We don't just do one thing and I have 37 people on my team. So that also helps me get a lot done,. That it's not just me doing everything, otherwise it wouldn't happen. The growth of my company is much more about how well they do than what I do at this point.
