How to Stop the Spread of HIV in a Prison

The prison offers something called post-exposure prophylaxis. It's a treatment that must be started within 48 hours of a possible exposure to HIV, and it significantly reduces the chances of getting the virus. The patients will sometimes book appointments for other things, like an upset stomach, before disclosing at the appointment that they're actually there to get PEP. Dr. Meruway says PREP doesn't exist in prisons, not just in France. Are other prisons interested in doing this?
