How to Deal With Discomfort and Sensitivity

A lot of women don't feel anything or have a lot of tension and discomfort, would rather not go there because of that. There's two ways really that you can deal with a traumatic experience or just a trauma in itself. One of the keys is to slow down, pause, gently hold the place, and purposefully send your attention energy into this area. And so just breathe with it, stay with it. Just be present. I find that the more you are able to just be with what is, without trying to change it, that's when it happens.
