We decided not to raise a new mid market fund. We were still relatively new to the US and we thought focus is really important rather than doing two different things with two different teams. So it was more about simplicity of strategy. The level of market imperfection has gone down over time because they're just more capital and more talented people in the mid market. But those opportunities are still there for sure. I'd love to talk about the perspective of the complexity and size of this deal in relative to say the size of EQT.
