High jacking emerged in the 19 thirties as a way of bringing arms to castro's troops. It foreshadows what happens with the palestinians in late sixtis, early seventies. But before we get to palestiniean high jacking, i think it was 20, 30 years after the cases in peru. Take us through to the 19 sixties, when do we see high jacking emerge there? We start seen high jacking emerging again during the cuban revolution. And again, this is done as a means of countering government power.
