Working Genius - Is There a Need for Primary Invention?

I think we've really, rarely co invented together. There have been times where my role is more to be encouraging and giving space for your invention. I think there might very well be a need for somebody to be the primary inventor in any given micro work situation. The other thing is to appreciate the W's and that letting the W's do what they do well.
