OpenAI is apparently planning to launch a marketplace for developers to sell their AI models, build on top of Chagibati or GPT. So that's pretty much the idea. They basically allow you to use GPT for whatever, fine-tune it on your own data set, and then sell access to your fine-tuned model which might be proprietary to other parties. And it's a really interesting concept.
