I love team wins and creating team culture more than any individual accolades you could achieve so it's cool recognizing that early. And then beyond that I mean if you don't know my style and my approach yet go talk to people who are in the place that you want to be and ask them the question hey if you could do this over again or if you were in my shoes right like just turn it into mentoring opportunities. Kevin Dorsey has impressed me the most with his approach is Katie is Kevin Dorsey and when he started in leadership he called like a hundred sales leaders to just pick their brain and understand them and learn from all of them.
