How Many Days a Week Do You Train?

i lift weigts five days a week right now, monday through friday, about one hour. And then i do six to seven cartio sessions per week on my upright bike for about 30 minutes,. I play some golf sunday afternoons, which counts. That burns a fair number of calories. Actually, if you get out there dong a much or driver swings for like, 30 minutes straight, you're burning some energy. But on the course in a cart, not so much.
