The Idealist Versus the Institutionalist

In 2023, we'll begin to see a tension between the idealist mode and the institutionalist mode. Two modes of change are often in conflict. You've seen this in individuals changing from an individualistic capitalist sort of sense to almost this sort of virtue signaling kind of sense. The health of many countries is also linked to their institutional health as well. We're seeing the importance of those institutions.
