Is Copyright Like Art?

i think if you make a direct copy of something for the purpose of satirizing it, right? Then that's fine. In these cases where some one's just like, re draw this picture. It's not making copy, but it almost looks like it is. I i fe like there's what's fairu satire verses not. And i'm sure there's artists who are like supermad. Casiline, i saw some one te they were like, a, they essentually described a painting, and it came up with paintings tolook, very similar to the original.
