The Incentives of the Managerial Class

The managerial apparatus across domains is its separation from ownership and operation. As society grew, we learned that specialization is way more powerful than individual power. The managers' goal was less about primary mission of the organization and more about accumulation of their own power within the organization. We're seeing kind of relationship between performance and who they serve as opposed to actually operates them.
