How to Improve the Crypto Industry's End State Vision
An SRO would enable a national market for digital asset securities to transact on chain with the disclosures that investors want and deserve. The first thing SEC can do today is write an update interpretive guidance, which it hasn't done in four years. A larger, longer term opportunity is to develop a self regulatory organization in the spirit of the NASD - National Association of Securities Dealers.
