I've a Lower Abdominal Injuries
I actually had an injury at the end of last year. It was in the exact spot where the appendix was. And i thought i had appendicitus, because it was forcing me to not be able to extend. But what i did as i found if i keep the hips extended, that didn't affect my abdomen. So i extended the knees and used the pinky on the other ring to to perform the eccentric. And i can still do all the work, no problem. For some of the jumping work that i did, any extension in retraction was hurting. So what did i do? I lowered the amount that i was jumping. Instead of the six feet that i was jumped
