What Are We Going to Do About Rapers?

I think itis an important question. The more than the specific questions, its the context in which im asked that question. Being able to give an answer in two minutes is usually not the best solution. People shoot other people because they are either retaliating, or it's preemptive to avoid being shot themselves. So one thing that we can do is make sure we have an avenue that prevents that violence from happening first place. Police do not prevent that violence. They make people more precarious. And then wan they exit jail, if they're arrested, they go back to the same circumstances wer they then have to protect themselves.
