COVID Symptoms - 3 Top Tips to Keep in Mind

Don't stop exercising even if you're injured. Find a way to keep some cardiac activity. Get any symptoms checked and continue to test and monitor for COVID If you have symptoms. And also ask yourself, is it super important if you're just going for a sort of a light training run? Do you need to keep going if it's really making you feel unwell? How important is that are you playing in a grand final or you're just doing run number five of the week? I think that's part of the question as well. Sometimes you just have to be patient with yourself and say, I just don't think I can do it today.
