I think we can all agree that the Fed had interest rates artificially low from 2009 to 2020 or 2018, when are they start raising rates again? And during that time, we had the fracking boom. Well we know what fracking did the price of oil. It brought it way, way, way down. And that led to less, most likely, less inflation than we otherwise would have had. That we never would have had fracking if interest rates would have been 10 or 12%. Right if the 10 years, as an example, never would have got below 10%. We probably wouldn't have had that fracking boom. I'm only using that as an example of how we produced or potentially produced a
