I want to get back to the true beginner, someone who maybe hasn't started with strength training at all. What are some words of wisdom or how would you get this person started with some simple strength work at home? Yeah, well, I think the hardest part is starting. Just set aside 15 to 20 minutes twice a week and start with the basics,. And it doesn't even have to be like three sets of 10 of everything, getting really boring, make it fun.
