The Consumer Experience - Is This Going to Be Convenient for Consumers?

It's one thing to just go by ev that is eligible for the credit, but now it's going to be confusing for the next couple of years. Some may be on it one year and then fall off another year when the sourcing changes or whatever. Helers are so bad this already. They're so ignorant about evs already, and they're so bad at educating customers already. But in terms, i just like the consumer experience.
