How to Listen Effectively
It's the way you look. It's how you use your body, how you useyour eyes. You want to make sure that you're open and not fidgeting or too closed. Sometimes I also mirror what they do - subconsciously but this is what I do. So if I see someone speaking and nodding their head, I might do the same thing. Now when they feel safe, when they feel like you're actually listening, they would want to speak more.
