The Fall Out Between Head Coaches and Directors of Football
I think what I've seen change is managers aren't managers anymore, the coaches. You can see the falling out between directors of football and head coaches. It happens constantly and it's not conducive to a good environment. If you look at Everton's Manchester City structure, wow, their recruitment people are just good guys, really good guys. And they're having a little bit of a sticky round, but they've got it right, a Liverpool in my opinion. Obviously this year's been difficult, but that'll come again.
