The Advantages of Apple's Business Model

Google was a horizontal company that needed to work across every device. Apple by definition of its business model is not serving the whole market. The goal is to maximize your company and what you do. Like services, businesses need to serve everyone. They need to be on every device. This was a great strategic move Netflix made.
