How to Onboard a New SDR
I think it's not setting aside the time to do it right. Especially with SDRs, you have to remember that a lot of these folks are entry level. They're coming straight out of college, straight out of high school and straight out of a technical career. And so I think the answer is super simple. It's just the intentionality of being there every day, twice a day, quick responses,. while someone's in that very critical first 90 days.
