Why Does LDL Leak Through Blood Veins?
There is no explanation for it. You never get atherosclerotic plaques in veins that doesn't exist yet. The level of LDL is precisely the same. So what's your mechanism that says it goes into arteries but it doesn't go into veins? And you can say, ah, well, in your lungs have a separate blood supply if you like. But they're saying the same thing with cholesterol, which is up to the age of 60 and associated with an increased cardiovascular risk. That makes no sense as a correlation. Every time you come up with these paradoxes, which are very difficult to explain, one explanation has an explanation at some point or another. This one
