Orientation Is a Very Telling Word, Right?
Kant referred to his own thought as a Copernican revolution. His revolutionary insights into the human being were strictly limited to epistemology, and to lesser extent metaphysics. But he was completely unaware of the paradigm he was operating within in other areas,. The orientalist paradigm, the racist paradigm, and so on. And it is just a matter of fact that European civilizations were under influence under the Islamic world for centuries.
