How to Create a New City or Town

i've always been interested in how do you create a new city or town. And i think that would be a project that, you know, you could o make a do from the beginning. It's a inherently democratic, right? Id like, and so you could, i think therestherst the do as an opportunity to create, like, new forms of organization. I'm not even sure that we know what they're goig o be good for yet.
