I think the five o'clock angle was added to my understanding of good manners afterwards. And it was because they sometimes clip the waiter when the waiter's clearing things. Once you're done across the plate, i cuc the signal that. Yer, you finishe yer, you put them together on the plate. If if youwre at six o'clock, they might poke out. I don't know. Maybe i'm just a very rough character.
