Breathwork Has a Beneficial Effect on Your Mental Health

i'm a big proponent of breath work. It almost has this immediacy effect. So you immediately feel better straight afterwards. And if you're the kind of person that struggles to switch off, like i am, a breath work just gives you a little bit more direction in what you're doing. Like withstay wild, nat was incredible. This was a really important time in the business, and i disappeared off the face of earthlike lasly. The first six weeks of recovery,. i was just like in a hole, a and nat just took everything on her shoulders. I had to release control for three months. My whole life changed. All my plans that i had were cancelled.
