Is There a Black Box?
Designers are constantly looking at whether they're taking the lawyer away from the text. And that brings us to what is called, in this context, the black box problem. It's not inevitable that just because you're using a i you should have to rely on a black box, cross your fingers and hope that it's doing everything that you want it to doye. If we feel as though the lawyer is not in full control and can't see the full context of what they're supposed to be ing then the design is wrong. That's the soft ware design fault.
