The point of meditation is to get good at life. Sadly, no one cares if you're a good meditator. Doctors from harvard are calling stress the black plague of our century. It's responsible for somewhere around 90 % of all doctors visits. We have an opportunity to learn our lessons on the spiritual plane. And if we don't learn it there, we have to learn it on the psychological plane. This isn't an olympic competitive spot. The way i explain it to peoplis is because i've been meditating non stop for almost two decades.
