Tammy Duckworth's Digital Communications Evolution Over Time

When I started working on that race in 2012, it was possibly the first cycle that that house races were thinking about digital in any kind of real way. You know, you've had the Obama campaign in 2008 really introduced digital into politics. The Dean campaign a bit before then, but that was a real watershed moment. And I think the way that it's changed increasingly so every cycle since then is people understanding more and more at every level of the ballot how important these tools are.
