The Toughest of Institute

The toughest of institute was referred in England very often as a postcode where people don't get along. The psychoanalysts and the operations research people in the 60s were interested in what they called the relationship between the task and the organizations in a sentient system. So inductively, they come up with things that are further over and over and have been used ever since to design human workplaces.
