i love drop sets there's an aspect of this progressive overload though that i think like would be really beneficial for the person who has been doing 10 to 15 forever. When you do heavier lifts those heavier lifts should look like your lighter lifts yes because if they if they're heavier right? If it doesn't you're not using a load that you can actually use responsiblyYeah i'd also just like if you got hurt on an exercise before just get rid of it for a while and try something else.
